Refreshing Agent Experience

Target Audience: New agents at Coldwell Banker Realty


The marketing campaign focused to create a complete guide ("New Agent Complete Guide" or "The Guide") for new agents of Coldwell Banker Realty, as well as a website ("The Team Wesbite") for the Agent Development Team, has been completed. The initiative aimed to steamline the onboarding process, encourage new agents to adopt Coldwell Banker's tools at a higher rate, and increase agent recruitment and retention.

Marketing Strategy

  • Benefits Highlighted: The Guide highlights the benefits of using Coldwell Banker's tools, such as increased efficiency and productivity, as well as improved communication and collaboration with clients.

  • User-Friendly Design: The guide has been designed with a modern, visually appealing layout that includes links throughout, making it easier for new agents to read, navigate and absorb information.

  • Concise Content: The Team Website and The Guide feature concise and clear content, avoiding unnecessary jargon or technical terms that could be confusing to new agents and/or consumers.

Creative Assets

  • Visual Design: Both The Guide and The Team Website feature a modern and visually appealing design, incorporating Coldwell Banker's branding elements and color palette.

  • Interactive Elements: The Guide includes interactive elements, such as clickable icons and links, to enhance the user experience and make it easier for new agents to access relevant resources. The Team Website includes information that is useful to both new agents and the general public.

Results and Metrics

  • The adoption rate of Coldwell Banker's tools by new agents will be tracked to measure the success of the guide.

  • Feedback from new agents on the quality and effectiveness of the guide will be gathered to improve future versions of this guide.

  • This guide has been disseminated to over 150 new affiliates since September 2022.

Budget and Timeline

  • Since this is a digital assest created using existing tools (ie. InDesign, Canva, WordPress), there was no budget for this project.

  • This project was completed by me over the course of 4 months.

Room For Improvement

Additional multimedia elements, such as videos or webinars, may be incorporated into The Guide to enhance user experience and engagement. Additional information and links to schedule meetings with Team members via Microsoft Bookings will be added to The Team Website.
